Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every Eye Rescue Kit is hand-packed at our laboratory in the United States and shipped via standard ground carrier.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your kit is on its way.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard US shipping: 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand to international markets and will announce availability via our email list.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If your kit is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, contact hello@eidonskin.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package, and if it cannot be recovered, we will send a replacement at no charge.

LOST OR DAMAGED KITS

If your kit arrives damaged, photograph the package and its contents and email hello@eidonskin.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
