THE EIDON 90 DAY GUARANTEE

We built the Eye Rescue Kit because we know how stubborn dark circles can be. We also know that until you have tried this for yourself, you cannot know whether it will work for you.

That is why every Eye Rescue Kit comes with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not see visible improvement in your dark circles after 90 days of consistent use, we will refund every penny. No questions asked. No fine print.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at hello@eidonskin.com within 90 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and one before-and-after photo if you have one (optional but helpful for our records, never shared without your explicit consent).

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your request.

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR KIT

Please keep your Eye Rescue Kit. You do not need to return any product for a refund to be processed. The masks and tin are reusable, the serum is yours. We trust you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The 90 day guarantee covers the Eye Rescue Kit when used as directed for the full 90 day period. It does not cover:

Damage from misuse, including using the silicone masks for purposes other than under-eye treatment
Lost or stolen kits after delivery confirmation
Refund requests submitted after 90 days from the delivery date

CHANGES OF MIND BEFORE 90 DAYS

If you want to return your kit unopened within 30 days of delivery for any reason, contact hello@eidonskin.com and we will process a full refund.
